Position: Project Manager G4(Contractor)

Division/Department: Purchasing/ Purchasing New Projects

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

？ Conduct and Coordinate the preparations of Brands and Group product committees and investment committees for Region China (Interface between the Joint Venture & the Group in WOB Purchasing) – PT meeting, MAP, VAP & VAI (all level of discussions from pre-meetings to main meetings).

？ Purchasing Investment planning for New Projects

？ Preparation, coordination and support of negotiations for Common Sourcing Strategy

？ Common sourcing B-Investment tracking and Reporting

Your Responsibilities:

This position holds the responsibility for the described tasks for the following entities, divisions, departments…

？ VCIC Purchasing, Group Purchasing, SAIC VW Purchasing, FAW-VW Purchasing

？ WOB G4, G4 China

？ Product Management, Finance, R&D, QA, Production

Necessary education:

？ Master degree/ Bachelor degree in abroad

Personal skills:

？ Demonstrate flexibility, reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality

？ Proven organizational skills to manage a busy, fast paced operation

？ Excellent analytical skills

？ Ability and maturity to solve problems independently

？ High attention to detail and accuracy

？ Ability to handle priorities

？ Ability to handle the complexity of interfaces globally

？ Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills

？ Ability to build solid working relationships with all departments and numerous outside contacts

Working experience (in years):

？ >3 years working experience in Auto mobile industry( Top priority in purchasing/Product management area)

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

？ High proficiency in foreign languages (Chinese, German and English)

？ Need to handle technical vocabulary in Chinese and German

？ Advanced knowledge of office software applications (will have to use VW internal software such as TEVON, etc.)
