Pre-requisites
l Possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related degree
l Possess experience in HR recruitment support, administrative or related field
l Able to read and write effectively in both the English and Chinese language, spoken is a plus
l Has sound computing skills – internet and application software like MSWord, EXCEL spreadsheet
l Inquisitive and resourceful – Well read and well informed of happenings in the business and economic arena
l Willing to approach strangers or sources to seek out information
l Able to consolidate, analyze and manage information
l Willing to work independently in a small office environment
Duties and Tasks
l Handle and manage HR recruitment database
l Work with HR to manage the recruitment activities through direct and indirect methods independently
l Collect data/information, collate recruitment reports
l Arrange interview meeting – telephone, face-to-face
l Assist and support the HR in all related recruitment projects, and involved in all meetings.
l Perform other related tasks as required by the business and/or the HR business partner

l 具有良好的工商管理,人力资源 学位,或其他相关专业学位;
l 拥有在人力资源、行政管理或其他相关领域的工作经验;
l 能运用中英文的表达(读写);
l 具有良好的计算机技能——网络和相关应用软件,例如MSWord EXCEL;
l 具有好奇心,足智多谋,时刻阅读并充分了解商业和经济环境;
l 愿意与陌生人交流沟通,以寻找信息;
l 能够合并、分析和管理信息;
职责和任务
l 处理和管理招聘数据库;
l 通过直接和间接方法独立的开展招聘活动;
l 收集数据/信息,整理招聘成果报告;
l 安排面试——电话面试,面对面面试;
l 在相关招聘项目中,为人事经理提供帮助和支持,参与所有相关会议;
l 完成因业务需要,和人事经理安排的其他相关任务。
