负责办公环境、行政有关方面的资产及设备的维护工作，提供强有力的后勤保障工作，为外部客户及内部各部门提供优质高效服务。

主要职责

-负责银行办公设施的维护工作；

-负责银行车辆日常的调度;

-负责银行安保系统的日常维护；

-负责新员工入职/离职有关行政方面的交接手续；

-负责办公耗材采购、业务单张的印刷工作；

-负责行政管理部的合同管理及更新；

-负责银行备用钥匙的日常管理及年度盘点工作；

-负责行政部分的年度固定资产盘点工作；

-负责银行有关的各项营运费用的付款跟进工作；

-负责银行安全及消防维护工作；

-贯彻人民银行反洗钱相关法规，并严格遵守公司内部有关反洗钱交易的规章制度；

-完成上级主管分派的其它工作。

职位要求

-大专或以上学历；

-有责任心，工作认真，具有团队合作精神；

-良好的计算机应用能力；

-良好的中英文写作和口头表达能力，具有良好的沟通能力。
