1) Check and maintain the apparatus daily. Check the stability of the power supply and the normal electric wire link, to guarantee the safety of doctors and patients, and normal work of the apparatus.
每天检查，保养仪器，检查电源的稳定，电线连接的正常，保证仪器的正常工作和医生、病人的安全。
2) Administer the rules strictly of reports writing, looking through, signature and sending out. Read the application list seriously before examination, confirm the request and the purpose of the examination, and check name, gender, age, and case history of patient. Write reports seriously and completely with standard words, and the description is identical with the diagnosis.
严格报告单书写审核签发制度。检查前认真阅读检查申请单，明确检查目的和检查要求，并准确核实和输录病人的姓名、性别，年龄等有关系统资料和病史资料，检查后认真书写检查报告单，语言明确，用词规范，项目齐全，描述与诊断一致。
3) Register the info of every patient, manage and classify the information of examination results, establish the paperless management, backup the data in time to avoid data loss in case of computer goes wrong.
对每一位病人进行登记记录，并对其超声检查资料统一归档管理，建立无纸化管理，但应当注意及时备份，避免由于计算机故障引起的资料丢失。
4) Check water and power completely to make sure no leaking. Record daily apparatus operation so that any problems can be found on time and maintenance man can be contacted.
下班前要全面检查水、电的正常运行，不漏电，不漏水。对每天的仪器使用情况进行记录，以便及时发现任何故障，能尽快联系维修人员。
5) Clean and maintain the apparatus periodically, clean the apparatus table-board with 70% ethanol, avoid cleaning and sanitizing the head of detector by organic menstruum, clean and sanitize the workroom termly.
对于仪器要定时保养、清洁，对于仪器台面用70％的酒精清洁，探头切忌用有机溶剂揩试和消毒。对于工作室请保洁人员定时消毒。
6) Study professional acknowledges or policy once a month, record location, time, contents and info of discussing etc., help to study new technique and new course.
每月一次业务或政策学习，并做好记录，包括地点、时间、内容、讨论情况等，以利新技术，新进展的学习。
7) Establish the follow up rules of the case, follow up the patients whose exam results are positive, record the results of treatment, the clinic diagnosis and the pathology results after operation, and summarize the experience to improve the technique level of diagnosis and treatment.
建立病例随访制度，对超声检查的阳性病人注意追踪，随访，随时记录治疗结果、临床诊断和术后病理，不断总结经验，提高诊疗水平。
8) Check the quality of ultrasonic periodically, record in time, feed back info termly.
定期进行超声质量检查的总结，及时记录，定期反馈。
9) Statistic Ultrasonic examination person-time and income in the end of year, it is good for annual summarize.
年底时统计当年超声工作人次和金额，有利一年的工作的总结。
10) Other job assigned by the supervisor.
完成上级主管交付的其他工作。
