Nursing Recruiter

该职位一定要有医药背景，医学英语流利 ，有相关医疗外资医院背景者优先！

Duty summery: Plans, organizes, implements, and manages the recruitment; Get involved in retention, compensation and benefits programs for nurses.

Responsibility:
? Collect and screen CVs, create candidate pool, and conduct interviews to select qualified nurses for Shanghai market;
? Coordinate with CNO and UFH Nursing Recruitment Director for interview arrangement, fully participate in the nursing clinic interview process, and follow up interview feedback;
? Initiate contact with top nursing schools & nurse agencies here in Shanghai to develop communication channels and methodology for recruiting nurses;
? Proactively get to know Shanghai market hospitals and clinics and develop good relationships with nursing staff as appropriate;
? Collect and check nursing documents, work with CNO secretary on nursing license transfer, make sure all nurses have the active license to practice;
? Coordinates with CNO and head nurses to ensure a smooth and successful on boarding process for new nurses;
? Follow up and monitor new nurse performance review during probation period.
? Implement nursing retention program in line with UFH nursing retention policies.
? Maintains work records and reports. Initiates internal and external correspondence for nurse's issues.
? Conducts exit interview and checkout procedure for nurses. Evaluates turnover and identifies retention problems.
Attends a variety of meetings;
Keeps good relationship with government department;
? Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations;
Performs related work as required.

Qualification:
5 years of nursing experience in top local hospital
Oversea nursing experience highly preferred
Previous experience in administration work preferred
College degree
Good command of English in both writing and speaking
Good at co-ordination, organization, and as well as being able to pro-actively solve problems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good Microsoft office skills.
Familiarity with Chinese Labor Law
Familiarity with Chinese nursing regulation
