职位描述
1. Ensure shift workers make paint safely, with high quality, and on time in full.
确保产品生产顺利，尽量避免产品质量投诉。
2. Supervises staff to include hiring, training, evaluating performance, providing compensation recommendations, and conduct disciplinary actions when necessary.
管理员工：包括招聘、培训、绩效评估、提供赔偿建议，必要的时候决定惩戒措施。
3. Manages the production operations of the plant, which includes the implementation and administration of production programs and schedules, safety initiatives, applicable product and quality improvement measures, and related areas.
管理工厂生产运转，包括管理执行生产程序和计划，安全第一准则，可适用的产品和质量改进方法等。
4. Must have knowledge of the company's MSDS systems, Raw Material and Product Codes, and standard operating procedures and be able to apply them to a department's day-to-day operations.
熟悉公司MSDS系统、原料和产品代码，以及独立操作的程序，并且应用在部门日常运作中。
5. Must maintain area of responsibility in a clean 6S condition, with all safety equipment in place and in good working order, and maintain a work area that is clean and uncluttered.
保持工作环境整洁，保证所有设备摆放整齐、安全。
6. Must work independently without constants supervision, and be able to set priorities based on customer and plant needs.
能够独立工作，能够把客户和工厂的需要放在第一位。
7. Develops, analyzes and reviews a variety of production reports to improve safety, quality, on time in full, low cost, working through employees.
改进、分析并且回顾各种产品的报告，以降低成本，改善安全措施、生产线、质量、效率、循环率，产量以及必需的设备管理改革。
8. Develops appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with manufacturing work instructions using operational principles and practices and following applicable laws, rules, and regulations; monitors compliance with these areas
改进适用的政策和程序来确保符合制造和操作的原理、实践以及适用的法律法规和规定。
确保产品生产顺利，尽量避免产品质量投诉。
