Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Report to the Senior Recruitment Business Partner to understand the needs of internal stakeholders and its hiring profiles to enable effective external sourcing and matching

· Work with hiring manager to understand job briefing regarding vacancy requirement

· Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates within limited candidate pools. (i.e. competitive research, industry profile development, networking, direct sourcing, etc.)

· Manage the entire external candidate process - sourcing, screening, and closing external candidates, documentation/on boarding process

· Network and maintain relationships with key candidates and candidate communities (local and non-local) to enable short immediate hiring and long term opportunistic hiring

· Take ownership of the end to end recruitment delivery process from attraction, engaging, offer negotiation, act as agency liaison, reference checking, background verification gathering, supporting evidence verification, proof checking, conducting HR round interview for final candidate

· Consult with business leaders, hiring managers and Staffing/HR leaders regarding headcount management, hiring profiles, candidates, programs, fiscal planning, etc.

· Manage relationship with preferred suppliers to ensure commitments are met and objectives are aligned

· Create a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process and clear processes.

· Develop and implement a robust HR function including developing HR policies, employment contracts, HR processes, payroll, performance, compensation and benefits and any other HR related tasks.

Requirements

· 5+ year’s experience in HR and Talent function

· Good spoken English and Mandarin (both written/spoken)

· Strong negotiation, account management, and strategic thinking skills

· Strong Staffing and business consulting skills

· Experience using influential tactics

· Experience using strong collaboration skills to successfully deliver cross-group initiatives

· Experience in developing and optimizing multi-faceted processes

· Must be self-critical and able to deliver results in an ambiguous environment
