职位描述
JOB PURPOSE Be able to support operation efficiency and effectiveness enhancement via data collection, data analysis and data auto-visualization, supported by technique, including Excel VBA, Python, SQL, and JS (JavaScript) or R+ or RPA experience is preferred Be able to collaborate with operation department, collect and analyze their requirements, find solution together develop automation product and maintain the product.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Training:
· Be able to edit user operation SOP and facilitate the training of programs developed Communication:
· Be able to report to your supervisor any issues as soon as they arise
· Ensure the data analysis is passed to the Organization systematically and concisely,
· Liaise closely with Operation teams to communicate any improvement opportunities through data analysis
· Be able to translate operation department requirements to automation product requirements
Operations:
· Support Operations to deliver yearly KPI set up by the company
· Be able develop automation product/program through VBA or Python
· Visualize the data to the organization and make it transparency
· Be translate customer requirements to product output, and collaborate with operation team to find solutions QHSE:
· Comply with China Procedures that directly relate to the work being carried out by shared service center SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS

· Fluent English – spoken and written ·
Good interpersonal communication skill to collect and analyze customer requirements
· Ability to document the developed program/tool and deliver training to end- users
· Be sensitive to data/figure, good at data analysis
· Master of Excel VBA, Python, good at SQL or spss
· Adaptable and flexible
· Be able to travel
· Preferred knowledge and experience of JS(JavaScript) or RPA
· Preferred 1-2 years data analysis or statistics solution design experience
