工作内容：

1.制定设备维护保养计划确保所有生产设备正常运行

2.备品管理及请购

3.TPM计划制订及执行

4.设备状况点检及文件管理

5.产线线平衡率改善及效率提升

6.制定人员技能提升计划及施行

基本要求：

1.大专以上学历，能够撰写英文报告，英语口语优者优先录用

2.能够倒班

3.抗压力强并掌握沟通技巧

4.2年以上SMT维护保养经验，熟悉各种SMT设备（DEK/SIEMENS/REHM/TRI)及SMT制程

Role and Responsibilites
1. Work out the maintenance plan and responsible for the implementation to ensure all the production equipment and plant equipment are in good condition and well maintained any time.
2. Draft the budget for spare parts and be responsible for spare parts cost control as well as spare parts stock control.
3. Roll out the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program and responsible for the implementation to enable an effective and well-structured preventive/predictive maintenance.
4. Monitor& continuous improve the production equipment running status and report on the overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and keep improving on OEE to meet business requirements.
5. Lead, plan, initiate, monitor and coordinate for existing and/or new manufacturing equipment location/installation/maintenance activities.
6. Build up a supplier's network to ensure all the necessary external assists are in place for smooth operation.
7. Identify and plan for equipment related skill development of all the maintenance engineers, maintenance technicians and process technicians.
8. Conduct Performance Appraisal for all maintenance personnel in relation to the formulation of individual development plan.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics preferred. Bachelor Degree of other discipline with relevant working experience would be considered too.
2. 3 years and/or above SMT experience preferred. Knowledge on DEK, Siemens, REHM will be an added advantage.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
4. Fluent written and oral English. Computer literate
5. Able to working independently and under pressure
6. Be open-minded, self-motivated and quick learner
