Test Engineer Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design test plan according to customers' requirements;
- Test system(Hardware and software) development
- Optimize test cycle time reduction and improve product yield, equipments for production line smooth running.
- -Monitor the testers running and perform failure analysis and provide preventive action.
- Work with PIE, QE and other teams to solve the process quality problems.
- To lead NPI test in yield improvement and FA analysis for each NPI stage.
- To formulate and perform qualification plan based on test coverage report, FMEA, CPK and GR&R on new equipment design used for each NPI stage.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Labview, Labview CVI is a must, C, VC,VB is preferred meanwhile.
- Familiar with National Instrument software and hardware is a must;
- At least 3 years in Function test development experience.
- Familiar in electrical or electronic design board.
- Familiar with some optics and camera module understanding.
- Electrical and electronics graduates, good command of both written and spoken English.
- Able to working independently and under pressure, open-minded, self-motivated and quick learner
- Good team player
