2.从头到尾 跟过项目从策划到拍摄至少3个，面试要陈述案例；

3. 有一定合作的编剧资源的；

4. 有一定合作的网络发行平台资源；

5. 喜欢这个行业，愿意多学多做；

6. 对自己有要求，愿意和公司一起做有创意，有品质的好剧；

7. 做烂剧的，或者以赚快钱为目的，对品质没有要求的勿投简历；

8. 工资是7000-12000 根据您的水平／经验／对公司的贡献度而定。
