　2、出席公司会议，汇报本餐厅工作

　3、检查工作。

　　（1）检查工作，每日检查设备、家具、餐具的摆设及其完好情况。

　　（2）检查服务用品及清洁卫生，检查库存物资；

　　（3）检查员工仪容仪表。

　4、从厨房了解当天出菜的情况，布置重点推销菜式。

　5、妥善处理客人投诉和质询。

　6、做好员工考勤工作、评估工作

　7、做好餐厅的财产管理工作。

   8、具有一定英语能力者有限考虑
