DESCRIPTION

To support our Office Manager and our teams we look for a support office admin assistant for daily issues and handling of practical things. This is an ideal job for starters and can grow into a possible new role in the future.

MAIN TASKS

• Work in basic admin works of outgoing payments and incoming invoices
• Support with financial procedures
• Support all office related daily issues
• Support the creative teams and management teams with operational issues

SKILLS

• Proven skills in Excel/Word/PPT, Photoshop is a pre.
• Well spoken / written English (not fluency required)
• Being well organized and detail oriented
• Able to quickly learn processes and create more efficient ones
• Quick and pro-active, willingness to learn new tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Chinese / Cantonese person
• Excellent organisation skills / Document archiving
• Open-minded and willing to explore new ideas
• Clear understanding of luxury and premium branding
• Vision and open-mind
• No 9-5 mentality
• Able to work in Pazhou
