Main Job Responsibilites:

-New technology roll out in process and continuous improvement

-Ensure technological development

-Sustainable optimisation of manufacturing processes and procedures in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and production costs

-Continuous consultation with Department Manager/ supervisor about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting)

-Keep contacts to customers and suppliers

-Follow environmental regulations

-Continuous optimisation regarding quality, productivity, environment and costs

-Ensure technological development

-Continuing education to guarantee state of the art status

-Implementation (realisation) of TS16949 and EN ISO 14001, EHAS18001

-Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimise quantity of raw and auxiliary materials

Requirements:

Technical background

-Degree from higher technical college in chemistry or mech engineering, plus several years of professional experience

-Fluent in English

-Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, ACCESS), VB

-Good ability to manage stress

-Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

-Good team player and team leader

-Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting

-Good communication and negotiation skills
