工作概要：

1、根据新项目信息策划设备及人员配置。

2、相关人员培训安排。

3、负责生产现场合理布局。

4、制定生产部成本控制计划并付之行动。

5、对生产良率进行控制并制定持续改进计划同时监督其成效。

6、控制生产原物料的使用，使其达到最高使用率。

7、监督生产质量状况，并控制在***状态。

8、制定与生产、技术相关的控制计划流程，并监督执行。

9、完成本部门领导交办的其它工作。

任职资格：

1、专科及以上学历

2、10年以上注塑成型经验，有较强的管理能力

3、了解注塑成型工艺，对注塑机器、模具的原理和使用十分熟悉

4、有较强的人际交往能力、团队合作能力、组织能力等
