一、岗位职责：
1、通过相关产品的市场调研、用户和竞争分析、技术和成本评估，定义产品市场需求，并初步完成产品路线图的规划；
2、与设计、硬件、软件开发团队沟通产品需求和功能细则；
3、在设计和开发团队的支持下，完成产品的概念设计（PRD）。其中包括用户购买和使用行为的分析、需求挖掘和权衡、头脑风暴及创新、可行性评估以及最终的概念定义交付；
3、跟进并把握产品交付，确保功能、品质、时间和成本目标达成；
4、和各个渠道团队一起，策划和驱动营销活动，支持客户服务，最终达成用户满意度和销售目标；
5、产品质量如何把控。

二、岗位要求：
1、一年以上产品的规划经验；
2、对产品热情执着，通过设计和技术创新不断提升体验；
3、出众的趋势判断能力、逻辑和分析能力；
4、出众的团队协作和跨部门协作能力、沟通表达技巧；
5、有完成从产品定义到上市的全过程、并在市场发部的记录；
6、大专及以上学历，英文至少书面流利；
