职位描述

  • Conduct research on state of art technology and create design proposals for the products.
  • Design, model, and initiate tests on prototypes.
  • Create product concepts, based on performance requirements and production criteria’s.
  • Identify and select components and materials needed, for compliance with requirements and for a cost effective product.
  • Produce all the deliverables, including drawings and specifications, and BOM.
  • Execute the electronics development plan according to APQP and (H)PMM Development Process
  • Supporting the design verification and validation of the new product
  • Technical benchmarking of competitor’s products and solutions
  • Prepare and communicate technical system proposals with customers and to follow up on the same.
  • Supporting in 8D problem solving if any warranty claims arises
  • Electrical/Electronics design and new, cost effective, product development
  • Product and process knowledge, commercial vehicles and/or automotive electronics
  • Risk management
  • Communication, collaboration and coaching
    • Key competencies
    • Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics engineering
    • Product development in mechanics and/or electro mechanics in automotive segment
    • Experience in business development and manufacturing (automotive preferred)
    • Experience in automotive wire harness design, includes 3D&2D layout, connector and cable selecting, trouble shooting, etc. (Electrical Design Engineer)
    • Experience in automotive electronics design, especially familiar with motor control and DC/DC topology. (Electronics Design Engineer)
    • Experience in EMC design and solution, familiar with functional safety design is plus
    • Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Team work spirit
    • Languages: English and preferably customer specific language
