职位描述
- Responsible for new Test Equipment Launch, Test Process Standardization & Optimization, problem solving in mass production…
- New Test Equipment Launch: Machine Specification Definition, Design Approval & Machine Qualification
- Test Process Standardization & Optimization
- Problem solving of test process and machines
- Investigates and implements actions for reduction in scrap, improved productivity, and for implementation of cost reductions and improved product quality.
- Prepares capital appropriation requests and is responsible for administering the approved project capital.
- Fully participates in Lean with daily Gemba participation & support of production objectives including schedule execution, downtime reduction, troubleshooting, etc.
- Drive continuous improvements. Provides technical assistance and expertise to manufacturing in problematic situations, implementing corrective action. Leads improvements to quickly address opportunities associated with safety, quality, delivery and costs.
要求：
- Engineering degree in Automation Control is Preferred
- Good problem-solving skill, planning skill, and technical learning ability
- Communication & reporting skills in English, resource management and good team work, manage conflict.
- Familiar with test machine design，launch & LabVIEW programming
- Familiar with all kind of standard control circuit design, be able to design control circuit as required. Familiar with electric installation standard. Know normal electro-pneumatic elements
- Familiar with CAN Communication and Serial Communication. Good at common instruments and transduces theory and application, be able to finish the instruments/transducers selection and setup..
- Know PLC logic control & programming is preferred
- At least 8 years’ experience in industrial machine controls with emphasis on test & electrical highly preferred
- Technical experience or background in Automation Control and Test Engineering under Automotive Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred.
