岗位职责：

1、搜集、分析、汇总及考察评估供应商信息，包括原材料、设备、备品备件等；

2、编制材料采购计划，并根据领导要求实施采购工作，包括询价、议价、谈判等；

3、发展、选择和妥善处理供应商关系，如价格谈判、采购环境、产品质量、数据库等；

4、根据销售订单量、工厂实际生产能力，制定原材料及产成品的合理库存量以及生产计划的编排；

5、做货物入库相关单据，积极配合库房保质保量完成采购货物的入库；

6、领导临时交办的其它事项

任职要求:

1、大专以上学历;

2、3年以上工作经验,从事工厂采购1年以上经历者优先考虑;

3、熟悉采购管理控制流程、生产辅料知识及供应渠道,具备企业管理相关知识;

4、熟悉采购作业程序和方法,具有很强的合同谈判能力,采购议价能力；

工作地点：浙江绍兴上虞纬十一路

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect, analyze, summarize and investigate supplier information, including raw materials, equipment, spare parts, etc.

2. Prepare a material procurement plan and implement procurement work according to the leadership requirements, including inquiry, bargaining, negotiation, etc.;

3. Develop, select and properly handle supplier relationships, such as price negotiations, procurement environment, product quality, databases, etc.

4. According to the sales order quantity and the actual production capacity of the factory, formulate the reasonable inventory of raw materials and finished products and the layout of production plans;

5. Make relevant documents for the storage of goods, and actively cooperate with the quality and quantity of the warehouse to complete the storage of the purchased goods;

6. Other matters that the leadership temporarily assigned.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. 3 years of work experience, experience in factory procurement for more than 1 year is preferred;

3. Familiar with procurement management control process, production auxiliary materials knowledge and supply channels, and possess relevant knowledge of enterprise management;

4. Familiar with procurement procedures and methods, with strong contract negotiation ability and purchasing bargaining power;
