职责描述：

1、负责主管业务上的重要管理事宜或客户事宜的各项工作的跟踪、落实，对于既定的目标，能够坚定推动并及时汇报；

2、负责协调组内召开会议，准备相关文件，完成会议纪要；

3、善于内外部沟通，辅助主管进行部门内外、及公司内外的良好沟通；

4、协助销售总监做各项月度、季度、年度销售数据分析；

5、执行并推进销售团队的组织建设，文化建设，协助主管打造团队凝聚力和向心力；

6、协助主管统筹管理管辖内工作；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历

2、较高的职业稳定性，工作踏实勤奋，能够适应高强度的创业氛围，抗压能力强；

3、具有较强的组织协调能力、沟通技巧；

4、外向开朗，亲和力好，凡事用心，责任感强，关注细节，结果导向；

5、有主见，独立思考，团队协作精神

6、对销售有一定的了解和认知
