Job Description:

· Prepare shipping documents in system according to the instructions from Customer Service and customers

· Be in assistance for Customer Service with customers and vendors coordination

· Backup support when necessary

Key Requirement：Careful,responsible,reliable,customer focus

Basic Requirements:

· Undergraduate college student major in Logistics/International Trade or relevent

· Interested in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Supply Chain industry

· English CET-4 or above,good command of English (both written & oral)

· Good command of MS-Office

· Good communication and interpersonal skill and attentive to details

· Candidate with good attitude is required, should be willing to learn as well be resourceful for customer service/OP Jobs(both SEA/AIR).
