职位描述
Business Development
? Through market research activities, work with the Regional Management team to identify demand for Amerigo products & services in new and existing markets within Mainland China
? Source alternative and innovative recruitment channels such as international schools, ESL programs and twinning programs
? Maintain effective relationships with Head Office to assist in future product planning and pipeline
? Assist with new market, product and service development and/or improvement of Amerigo products & services.
Sales
? Meet recruitment and sales targets for each Amerigo partner school and reduce cost of acquisition per student
? Deliver destination market specific sales coaching to partners and counsellors
? Coordinate with Head Office and partner schools to ensure the sales toolkit is relevant to alternative channels
Marketing
? Assist Regional Director, China to develop annual marketing plan for Mainland China
? Coordinate and execute visits to high schools and English language centres
? Deliver presentations to large audiences of students and counsellors
? Drive attendance for exhibitions, seminars, university visits and other recruitment drives
? Assist with the preparation of country-specific advertising, editorial and promotional material
? Support the preparation of promotional materials eg, newsletters, posters, testimonials, fliers
? Utilize social media and modern digital technologies to disseminate information about the Amerigo schools
Financial
? Develop and manage budget and expenses
? Provision of monthly financial reports to Regional Director, China
General
? Other projects as determined by the Regional Director, China
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
? Strong written and oral capability in Mandarin & English language
? Possession of a tertiary degree level qualification and/or 5 years of marketing experience in the international education industry
? Demonstrated network of partners such as high schools, English language providers and non-commissionable recruitment channels
? Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement effective sales tactics which have made a significant contribution to sustainable business growth
? Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills
? Demonstrated and proven ability as a team player
? Demonstrated flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content), including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities
? Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new recruitment initiatives
? Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
? Demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met
