Greet parents, guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Deal with front desk enquiries; answer telephone calls and note messages to be actioned; direct enquiries to the relevant staff member at all times; feedback to the enquirer in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a neat, tidy and appropriate work space, where relevant items can be sourced swiftly

Make purchase request in the purchasing system

Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Take attendance for late arrival pupils; ensure the attendance data is accurate and provide daily attendance report

Manage office supplies such as stationery, water, etc.

Update information on the bulletin board and website on a weekly basis

Manage the schedules for the meeting room

Inform security of updated visitors’ schedule every day; liaise with the duty offices to ensure no strangers without registration or pass enter into the setting

Demonstrate flexibility and cooperation in duties, ensuring that help is provided where required
