1、审核供应商发票及单据（境外供应商）：按法规及公司要求，审核发票的合规性、合理性、完整性，并在ERP系统进行相应操作；

2、将存在问题的发票及业务单据，反馈业务部门；

3、按照要求，将不同公司主体的发票分开存放，抵扣联与发票联分开存放，进行发票及其他资料的整理；

4、根据业务部门需求，进行抽凭或材料的准备；

5、上级交办的其他事务

要求：

1、有基础英语能力，能够处理英文业务单据；

2、有责任心、细致，沟通力强；

3、有报关相关工作经验为佳
