• 采购技术支持工程师

职位描述：

• 采购技术支持工程师根据Altec 中国和美国各工厂的两家要求为供应商提供相关的技术要求，解释和支持
• 关注供应商生产流程，成本，交付能力的提高。

职责

• 分析零件技术要求包括Altec各工厂提供的图纸，标准等.
• 和内部客户交流理解对所采购零件的技术和质量要求。
• 评估供应商技术，生产工艺，质量控制等能力。
• 准备和发放询价单。
• 和供应商澄清技术以及测试要求。
• 供应商报价分析，及进行条款谈判。
• 起草测试计划并从总部技术部门得到批准。
• 安排样件在美国或第三方实验室进行测试。
• 分析测试结果并通知相关供应商。
• 协助供应商开发工程师为不同类零件寻找合适的供应商。
• 与设计工程师共同努力制定和实施采购战略。
• 参与零件设计评估，样件采购，测试及应用评估。
• 负责在整个供应商选择，审核过程中的相关文件整理，收集及归档。
• 协调并帮助供应商与Altec 各工厂在技术，质量，交期等方面建立有效沟通。
• 管理供应商质量，成本，交期等的表现并根据Altec 运营体系和其他广泛知晓的质量工具协助供应商进行持续改善。
• 完成上级经理布置的其他任务。

要求

• 工程类本科以上毕业（机械类优先），至少5年以上工程技术相关的工作经验。
• 具有实际的生产经验和精益管理经验者优先。
• 具有良好的成本，质量，交期判断能力，影响相关团队做出***的供应商选择。
• 具有良好的质量工具知识及应用的经验，能够迅速发现问题，解决问题。
• 能够根据公司要求在国内出差以确保供应商交货和质量达到要求，有可能会要求到美国出差。
• 熟练的英语口头和书写表达能力。
• 具有团队合作精神。

Position

• Supplier Development Engineer (China)

Purpose of Position

• Supplier Development Engineer offer the technical support to the suppliers who provide the parts/components for Altec China and US focused factories.
• Focus on supplier manufacturing process, cost, delivery improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the specification include drawing and standards required by Altec China and US focused factories.
• Communicate with internal customers to understand technical and quality requirements.
• Evaluate the supplier capability includes technology, manufacturing process, quality control…
• RFI/RFQ preparation and releasing.
• Communicate with supplier to clarify technical issues and testing requirement.
• Quotation analysis and conduct terms and conditions negotiation with suppliers.
• Draft testing plan and get approval from corporate engineering team.
• Arrange sample testing either in US or approved 3rd party lab base on testing plan.
• Analyze the testing result and notify suppliers the results.
• Help commodity team associates to identify capable supplier sources for different commodities.
• Jointly work with Design Engineers to develop and implement commodity strategies.
• Participate in the product review, prototype procurement, testing and application review.
• Be responsible for related document Signing off and filing during whole supplier selection/auditing process.
• Coordination among supplier and Altec Focus factories to set up efficient communication on Engineering, Quality and Delivery.
• Measure supplier quality, cost and delivery performance and implement continuous improvement using the Altec Production System and other commonly known quality control and process techniques.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred), 2-5 years engineering related working experience.
• Practical manufacturing (shop floor) exposure and lean manufacturing experiences is preferred.
• Have good sense on cost, quality and delivery, influence related team to have best choice in supplier selection.
• Good quality tool knowledge and lots of practice how the quality tool being used in different scenery, understand trouble shooting and reports.
• Has strong capacity analysis and evaluation capability
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with background in interpretation of engineering drawings/specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to travel throughout China as required ensuring that quality and delivery requirements are satisfied. Some travel to the U.S. is expected.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English.
