职位描述：
- 负责客户投诉的收集，调查，记录和反馈
- 协调商务团队和生产团队改进产品和服务质量以及客户的满意度
- 支持或负责内部、外部、客户审核以及后续相应的纠正措施
- 运用质量工具维护质量体系的持续性和有效性
- 通过跨部门沟通和培训传递质量意识
职位要求：
- 本科或以上学历，具有生物，生物工程，生物化学，制药，化学或其他相关专业
- 2年或以上质量方面工作经验，ISO13485或ISO9001质量体系经验
- 自我激励，结果导向，良好的团队合作能力和人际关系
- 良好的英语读写能力
优先条件：
- 生物，生物工程，生物化学或制药相关专业
- ISO 9001或ISO 13485内审员
