The role requires strong communication skills, experience in providing customer supports and adequate technical skills, having aptitude to troubleshoot issues, identify workarounds and solutions, as well as juggle several tasks at a time.

Responsibilities：

•  Place customer orders as required 
•  Support Sales to keep Customer at the forefront of all requests and advocate for the Customer’s needs at all times
•  Provide excellent customer service, written and verbal when responding to customer requests 
•  Develop and maintain a positive relationship with internal colleagues and external customers 
•  Ensure appropriate and timely escalation of client issues and follow through to resolution 
•  Manage local, regional and international traffic 
•  Track all deliveries and prepare delivery report for on or before deadline 
•  Ensure quoting is accurate and follows rate card and rate variation rules and clients are invoiced correctly by the end of the month 
•  Submit monthly report as directed Ability to deliver accurate, high quality work to deadlines and to required standards Excellent attention to detail 
•  Experience working in a customer support environment will be beneficial             

      

Position Credentials：

•  Fluent in Chinese & English language both written and oral Additional languages will be beneficial 
•  Required on occasion to work outside standard working hours
• Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the country of employment.
