Major responsibilities:

• Warm and friendly reception for all visitors and all coming calls
• Maintain the availability of all meeting rooms(ensure that all the hardware facilities in the conference room are available)  
• Support to organize large conferences and events,
• Support daily work including but not limited to facilities, environment(take good care of office plants) etc.;
• Provide general administrative support, help to purchase office supplies, such as printing paper, water, etc.,
• Helping to do part of ticket reservations, hotel booking, car booking.. etc.
• Prepare necessary documentation around Visa applications and follow-up on them
• A medium of internal and external communications
• Team administrative secretaries cultivation and management
• Assignments upon request.

Candidate requirements:

• College degree or above;
• Good command of both written and spoken English;
• Skillful inter-person communications; ability to do multiple tasks;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools;
• Persistent and willing to be helpful.
• Good communication skills especially in English (both written and spoken).
• Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
