Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze digital data such customer digital footprint (e.g. traffic sources, page flow, and site conversion) and customer online behavior with web analytics tools
• Provide insights to drive future decisions to acquire new digital audiences (e.g. running experiments, robust process for A/B testing and timely sharing of outcomes/ business insights, etc.)
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and drive on-going improvements to increase the online conversion rate and enhance customer experience。
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to effectively measure and report on performance, and then deliver relevant insights to drive development of new initiatives and optimization of existing strategies
• Present results to stakeholders and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the digital ecosystem to deliver best in class digital analytical support.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of analytical experience focused primarily in digital analytics / marketing analytics in online retail, travel or banking/finance
• Innovative, self-starter, good problem solver
• Ability to quickly understand business problems and translate to data and analysis requirements
• Strong English communication and ability to communicate complex data effectively to a variety of audiences

Technical skills (any of the following):

• Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Ad-hoc, Adobe Target, Omniture, Ptengine, GrowingIO, Baidu Web Analytics, Baidu Tongji, Webtrends, Celebrus, etc.

Desirable Skills (Training could be provided):

• SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc.
• Tableau, Qliksense, Cognos or the like.
