岗位职责：

1.理解客户需求,完成客户岗位职责分析；

2.寻访目标候选人,负责甄选、面试、评估候选人,为候选人提供专业的职业规划帮助,帮助其找到最优的职业发展路线；

3.向客户提供专业化、标准、系统化的人才推荐报告；

4.协调和推动客户进一步安排候选人面试并及时反馈面试结果。

职位要求：

1.全日制大专以上学历；

2.有亲和力,性格开朗、乐观积极、英语读写能力良好；

3.有一定招聘或猎头,或销售经验,且有志于在猎头行业长期发展；

4.具有良好的沟通协调能力与市场开拓能力,能承受压力,具有强烈的自我城中欲望。
