Responsibilities and Duties

– 工作内容：

– 1、作为客服体验，您将负责为客户提供培训，确保客户可以愉快、舒适的使用产品。

– 2、帮助客户设置RoyalABC教师平台账户和RoyalABC学生账户，为我们的客户创造出非同寻常的早期学习环境。

– 3、您将代表RoyalABC回答客户的问题并协调其他团队以满足客户的要求，您必须对如何利用我们产品和服务帮助客户提高教学效率有深入的了解。

– 4、您将代表客户体验团队并参与产品运营，参与到产品本地化和客户支持活动，以确保业务有效、成功。

– 5、您将设置，监控，报告并不断改进我们公司的客户体验绩效指标。

– 6、您将进行客户满意度调查以展示和改善客户体验。

– 7、您将为公司找到新的商业机会，并与客户建立富有成效的工作关系。

Job Duties:

· As a CustomerExperience , you will be responsible for providing training tocustomers ensuring smooth and delightful product on-boarding experience.

· Help customer set uptheir accounts for the RoyalABC Teacher Platform and RoyalABC Student World.Enable our customers to create amazing early learning environment.

· You will berepresenting RoyalABC and help answer customer’s questions and coordinate otherteams to meet customer requests. You must have strong vision on how we can helpcustomers improve their teaching effectiveness by leveraging our product andservices.

· You will representCustomer Experience team and participate in all operational aspects, fromproduct localization & customer support activities to ensure businesseffectiveness and success.

· You will set,monitor, report and continuously improve our company’s Customer Experienceperformance indicators.

· You will conductCustomer Satisfaction Survey to show and improve Customer Experience.

· You will identifynew business opportunities for the company and build productive workingrelationships with our customers.

? Fluentin both Mandarin and English.

? Youhave a university degree (teaching or learning related would by highlydesirable).

? 5+years’ work experience in similar roles (experience connected with the earlychildhood learning would be highly desirable).

? Youare able to work with high degree of autonomy.

? Youhave an analytical mind set and not afraid to make decisions.

? Passionfor providing delightful customer service experience.

? Youhave outstanding communication skills, and an inner drive to perform.

? Youare a pure team player, with natural leadership skills. You can motivate peopleto reach their full potential.

? Willingnessto learn new technology and help others do the same.

? Abilityto travel domestically in China.
