职位描述
Job Post: Shipping Officer / Shipping Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Working with USA clients on product developing, ensure the products meet company’s requirements on quality and price
- Handling export shipping documents
- Booking the shipping and freight for shipments
- Preparing the shipping reports for FCR to customers
2． Follow up schedules with the Forwarders, Vendors, Overseas customers to ensure on-time delivery
- Reviewing the Shipping and Logistics progress
- Monitoring and checking the Forwarders
- Able to resolve problems to meet the shipment deadline
Requirements:
- Over 3 years working experience in Shipping job, if less than 3 years we shall consider for Shipping Assistant
- Good knowledge on the Export procedure
- Familiar with North America markets as well as Wal-Mart, Target, Disney, Kmart, Sears, Toys R Us business operating systems
- College or university graduated
- Good command of Spoken & Written English

岗位职责：
1、三年以上工作经验的外贸船务经验；要有独立开发业务能力；少于三年者会考虑外贸船务助理
2、建立公司与货代及海外买家出货出口物流工作；
3、独立负责对客户与工厂间解决船务及出货问题；
4、管理跟踪业务发展,定期向海外客户做工作表；
5、有良好的沟通技能及解决突发问题；
6、要遵纪守法，讲信誉，不索贿，不受贿，与供货单位建立良好的关系，在平等互利的原则下开展业务往来；
任职要求：
1、英语书写流利,具备较好的交流和处理问题的能力,懂北美洲市场；
2、活泼开朗，善于沟通，具有外贸船务工作经验；
3、熟悉WALMART, TARGET, KMART, DISNEY, KMART, SEARS, TOYS R US 业务工作流程;
4、工作细心认真，责任心强，忠诚配合度高。
工作时间：周一至周五 (双休)，享受国家国定假日。
