Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the ADOS/ ADOSM in achieving the revenue goals of the hotel. This position will specifically develop and manage ALL Leisure/Group Series/Ad hoc group/Crew and Consortia (for non-preferred corporate accounts)

Responsibilities:

· To make regular sales calls on accounts assigned to and keep up-to-date on the clients’ needs and sell the products of the hotel

· Maximize the full potential of accounts

· Conduct competitor analysis and ensure The Kunlun Jing An is positioned appropriately in the market

· Generate New sales leads and convert qualified group leads according to rate structure and promotion rates

· To meet and serve in-house clients, groups and organizers

· Conduct hotel site inspections/ENT

· To keep in touch with current business trends in the community through internet, media and trade journals.

· To follow all sales administrative procedures in Delphi and comply with revenue management guidelines

· To ensure responses to clients are timely and professional

· Conduct Sales trips from time to time as discussed with DOSM

· Develop and maintain a high level of communication with the management and sales team of other JJPH hotels

· Guide and support Sales Coordinator

· To carry out special projects as assigned

· To represent the hotel at functions, exhibitions as required.

· Assist the ADOS and DOSM to compile necessary reports and data.

· Attend any training programs as requested.

Other Tasks:

1. Attend the sales briefing on daily basis.

2. Weekly / monthly sales report.

Specifications:

· Good commend of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

· Minimum 3 years hotel sales experience.

· Presentable good grooming and with a pleasant outgoing disposition.

· Able to work independently and able to work under pressure

· Enthusiastic drive good, initiative.
