职位描述:

该职位工作地点为北京，工作内容为某大型商业项目的项目管理

This position will be based in Beijing, and you will be working on a major retail project in the Capital city.

职责范围 Responsibilities:

· 与业主联系交流、合同洽谈

Client communication and contract negotiation
· 协调工作计划和进度，与指定顾问合作管理项目

Co-ordinate work plans and schedules, manage projects with appointed consultants
· 与业主和公司内部团队成员协调，以满足项目进度要求

Coordinate with client and internal team members to meet the deadlines
· 项目成本控制

Project cost control
· 确保及时支付

Guarantee timely payment of deposits
· 团队建设

Team building
· 遵循并执行质量管理体系

Perform and adhere to Quality management systems

任职要求 Requirements:
· 建筑学学士学位

Bachelor of Architecture
· 超过五年的项目经理/项目建筑师或项目总监工作经验

Over 5 years’ years experience in the current title of Project manager, Project architect, or Project director
· 具备大型项目管理经验

Experience with large scale Project management experience
· 优秀的交流技巧和团队精神

Excellent communication skills, team player
· 流利的中英语水平

Fluent Mandarin and English will be an advantage
