Job Description:

Job location: Shanghai

Job Role: Medical Supervisor

1. Support Medical Professionals (Physicians / Duty doctors / KOL) through inbound medical helpline.
2. Act as a 2nd Level support to fulfill the product, disease and Therapy related queries & ensure customer satisfaction. Answering KOL’s question meet our client’s guideline which escalation by tele-reps
3. Understand & Address the needs of each query and match those with reference material available.
4. Attend to requests received via e-Mail. Provide optional material apart from the one that has been requested.
5. Report any adverse events or any queries / suggestion as per the predefined templates
6. Quality Control of recording, monitor the recording by random
7. written and review the product script and other medical materials
8. responsible for disease and product training to improve professional knowledge and skill of tele-reps

Desired Skills：

1. Master degree or above, more than 2 years of clinical experience, with the 3-5 year experience of treat Asthma or COPD is better, resident doctor also the better.
2. Excellent communications skills and telephone customer service skills
3. Excellent training skill and management skill
4. Strong Office skills
5. Outgoing personality, work actively and responsible
6. Good compressive ability, adapt to the development requirements of the company.
