Job Description:

1. Provides routine and exigent assistance to Ops Managers for ensuring reliable, predictable, data-driven delivery of all projects executed in the vertical.

2. Works within the vertical and across functions to ensure deliveries happen through defined processes – from initiation to completion.

3. Project Initiation

a. Assists in initiating the project by setting up the necessary operational and financial infrastructure

4. Project Execution

a. Assists in tracking the progress of projects on a routine basis – provides prompters to the OMs and writers on an ongoing basis

5. Project Completion

a) Assists in ensuring projects are closed as per defined processes

b) Serves the role of a facilitator-cum-process monitor for the vertical

c) Liaise and facilitate transfer of information between clients, business development and the delivery team in accordance with the established guidelines / processes / documentation required.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. You should have strong people management skills.

2. Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills.

3. Should have passion for networking and updating with the latest technical / scientific developments and relate it to various projects

4. Qualification – B.Pharm/M.Pharm +/- M.B.A, B.Sc/M.Sc +/- M.B.A with experience in project/product management

5. Experience: 0-3 years
