工作职责:

1.Leading month end process and monitoring overall closing progress ensure timely delivery

2.Preparing supporting working papers for accounting entries posted or conclusions reached or critically evaluate the information supplied by other groups to ensure the transactional entries are properly supported

3.Being responsible for fixed assets management and booking

4.Making provision/accruals/ other month end adjustments,

5.Building up template and completing reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis; ensure monthly accruals are properly made

6.Reviewing actual results and ensure the accuracy and completeness of VAT inputs & actual booking

7.Analyzing the variances to Forecast and Prior period and outling the reasons and providing suggestions for better control to make sure company costs stay on track

8.Supporting forecast via template building up and details inputs supporting

9.Assisting with developing and improving the existing internal financial control processes and procedures

10.Assisting with compliance of tax and administrative reporting and filings required by local authorities

11.Assisting with External Audits and any statutory enquiries.

任职资格:

1.A Bachelor degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience; a professional accounting qualification preferable

2.Knowledge of Excel, MS office and ERP experience is a must

3.International trading or logistic background is a plus

4.Familiar with China GAAP and US GAAP

5.High integrity is a must- have

6.Has the ability to navigate through ambiguity and can provide solutions or suggestions to revolve issue

7.Be energetic with a proactive and can-do attitude

8.Multi-tasks ability, attention to details, hands on and meet deadlines

9.Good communication skills, and proficient in both English and Chinese
