Mission Statement
To provide best product, market intelligence and marketing activities for sales teams in Far East region, to achieve maximum customer value and ambitious growth

General Function & Key Objectives:
Propose the new product development and marketing plan to increase market share and customer share.
提议新产品开发建议和市场营销计划,以提高市场份额和客户份额。
Primary Responsibilities:
Far East region is including China mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan markets. 远东地区包括中国大陆、香港、台湾、韩国和日本市场。
Implementation of divisional and local product development strategy. 落实总部及本地的产品开发策略。
To visit and research end users’ behavior\demand\applications, competition and market trend for specified products small and medium Air. To collect competitors’ information and product performance information as required针对小型和中兴空压机拜访及研究最终用户的习惯、需求及应用,竞争对手及市场变化的趋势。根据要求搜集竞争对手信息、产品表现反馈。
Base on the market investigation and analysis, you should complete product portfolio continuously through professional proposal. 根据市场调研和分析,以专业的建议方案来持续完善产品组合。
Make master specification for specified products and it should including product positioning, pricing and promotion plan. Ensuring we are fully compliant with local regulations in each served market for their respective product areas. 针对某类产品设定主要规格要求书,其中包括产品定位、定价、促销计划。确保相应的产品完全满足每个当地市场的规范要求。
To support management team and sales team on marketing activities for Atlas Copco brand.针对Atlas Copco品牌在营销活动方面支持到管理和销售团队。
To keep good communication between internal and external customers.在内部及外部客户之间保持良好的沟通和交流。
Organize and drive the team to do planned road show\demo\field test of all equipment within the range, follow and monitor the whole process\ performance and results on time.组织并推动团队按计划落实路演、展示、现场测试等活动, 及时跟踪及监测整个流程、表现和结果。
Drive and support the sales force to extend customer base and coverage via direct sales activities and distribution network development. 推动及支持销售力量,通过直销活动及网络渠道开发来不断扩展客户基数。
Providing application, selection, paralleling, installation, commissioning and where relevant design complete solutions/packages to support to the field. 通过提供应用、选型、并机、安装、开机及相关完整的设计方案来支持到市场上的项目需求。
Be the driving force in technical, application and product training internally and externally.成为针对内部及外部人员产品及应用培训的主要推动力量。
Fully responsible for driving market share and customer share growth for their respective product areas. 充分地为推动有关产品的市场份额、客户份额上涨负责。
Other Duties and Responsibilities
1. To keep contact with divisions and different PCs (both in China mainland and Europe, even others).与总部及各个生产中心保持良好及频繁联系 (包括在中国大陆及欧洲的工厂,甚至其他的)
2. Following and pushing product development projects through regular meeting with PCs.通过与生产中心的定期会议来跟进及推动产品开发项目。
3. Review and follow the quality issues about existing products with service division and PCs regularly until the problems had been fixed. 通过与服务部门和生产中心的定期回顾及跟进,来推动产品质量问题改进直至最终解决。
4. Be ensuring the sustainable profitable growth through good pricing and price management actions. 通过良好的定价策略和价格管理行为,来确保可持续的、可盈利的业务增长。
JOB Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.大学本科或以上学历,机械工程或同等学历。
2. More than 3 years’ experience in machinery sales or marketing or product development function, in compressor, construction equipment or big mechanical machinery, etc. 三年以上机械设备销售、市场营销或产品开发经验,在压缩机、工程机械以及其其他机械类相关行业。
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.良好的人际沟通能力,良好的团队合作精神,自我激励,目标导向,充满活力。
4. Excellent spoken and written skills in English. 出色的英语口语和书写能力。
5. Good computer skills including Microsoft skills良好的计算机技能,包括微软的技能。
6. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit. 出色的沟通技能和团队合作精神。
7. Willing to travel. 愿意经常出差。
