职位描述
Job Tasks:
- Manage and coordinate daily claim submitted from the customers with designed process and on time feedback.
- Working with local plant quality team, supplier for claim report whenever necessary.
- Maintain the claim data and monitor closely on claim rate - initiate deep dive investigation when needed.
- Fulfill high customer satisfaction while balancing the claim expenses.
- Use hotline platform and communicate closely with customer for techincal support.
- Create technical materials, techical instructions, technicalInfo for new product.
- Analyse the claim data, identify the root cause with dedicated responsible and provide concrete quality report for improvement.
- Lead quality improvement communication with local plant QA and outsourcing supplier and push for product quality improvement.
- Create and update interesting training materials for all products.
- Obtain regular feedback and training ideas from HQ QA for training improvement.
- Close communication and regular discussion with sales team for customer claim status and if any dispute arise.
- Coordinate with sales team and work closely to solve customer claim issue and attend to customer feedback.
- Prepare training or courses at customer and workshop level with support from the sales team.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, major in Engineering
- Strong automotive technical knowledge and analysing ability, strong communication ability
- Familiar with repair service and warranty process.
- Strong knowledge on power transmission system
- Experience in 4S shop as a technical expert
