Job description / Mission

  

 

  

1. Cost analysis. 

  

• Functional cost monthly revolution and reason analysis.  Notice related people the deviation, change cost trend. Make cost structure transparency.

• Other possible analysis, for example, sales GP, transport cost etc.

   

      

1. Monthly closing

   Follow the company’s closing schedule to guarantee report deadlines and quality.

    

• Head count report check and verify. Notify the change to BC.

• TP Correction credit invoice to CC when needed

• Multi-chain report.

• Functional cost Accrue.

• Cost allocation collect from other departments.

• Service recharge accrue notice CC and accounting to book before day 3.

• Check Admin cost before finalization and notice BC.

• Cost per order line scorecard

   

                  

1. ICOS invoice for export

  

• Export ICOS billing check and match with pre-invoice.

• Send PDF invoice to customer before month end.

   

   

  Educational /Experience Requirements

          

• University graduated, bachelor degree.

• Good command of both spoken and written English.

• Good at MS office. (Excel analysis, presentation skills etc)

• Experienced on SAP system will be preferred

   

  Personality requirements

• Team work and active in communication.

• Plan and work in an organized way, results driven.
