Position: Finance Officer

About the role:

Due to tremendous growth, we are looking for a talented Finance Officer to join our fast moving progressive company. The person who joins the team will be a able to multitask and be a jack of all trades, someone who is able to adapt their financial skills in a young and dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, there is a lot of importance placed on this role in the financial team, one which has significant influence across the organisation.

What we are looking for:

• Qualification in Accounting essential

• Over one years experience in an Accounting role

• Exceptional organisation skills and time management

• Initiative, self-motivation and advanced problem solving skills

• Experience with ERP system and advanced Excel skills

• Good knowledge of technology and how to leverage across an organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

? With the bank receipt ,finish incoming payments documents in SAP B1 system with cash in bank account

? Payment by cash in bank, finish outgoing payments document in SAP B1 system with cash in bank account

? Incoming and outgoing payments work of oversea

? Entry the AR invoice in B1 system with Fapiao, delivery note, sales order

? Entry the credit note in B1 system with the Red Fapiao

? Checking the Fapiao list from Goden Tax system to the invoice list from B1 system, checking sales V.A.T

? Check the expense of staff

? Entry the AP invocie for staff supplier in B1 system

? Print journal voucher every day.

? Stick and tidy journal voucher every day

? Bind journal voucher with original documents every month.

主要职责:

?根据银行收款单，在SAP系统做收款凭证

?根据银行付款单，在SAP系统做付款凭证

?境外收付款工作

?根据金税发票、交货单、销售订单在SAP系统中完成应收发票（销售业务）

?根据金税红字发票在SAP系统生成应收贷项凭证（退货退票等）

?月末核对金税发票与SAP系统的应收发票记录及销项税金

?审核报销及原始发票单据

?录入SAP B1应付发票（费用）

?每日打印当日或前日的日记账分录

?每日将日记账分录与原始凭证核对粘贴整理

?月底将会计凭证装订成册
