工作职责:

1、 对管辖区域的业绩、覆盖指标负责。管理团队进行区域业务开发、拓展、带领团队完成目标

2、 区域市场信息收集，市场数据分析及拓展方案制定、优化、执行

3、 建立、维护区域客户关系，增强客户黏性，提高客户满意度

4、 为团队建立有效资源、推行有效的执行方案，完成区域业绩指标

5、 团队建设、培训、管理等相关工作

任职资格:

1、适应外出作业和短期出差

2、本科以上学历，O2O、OTA、酒店经验优先

3、年以上销售经验，2年以上团队管理经验

4、优秀的人际沟通能力，分析和解决问题能力

5、具有独立经营管理能力

6、热爱销售工作，有强烈的成功欲望和企图心，抗压能力强
