Responsibilities:

 The Supply Quality Engineer is responsible for handling supplier quality related issues, and driving for supplier quality improving. Report to Supply Chain Manager Asia Pacific.

 The position should

• Overall responsibility for supplier quality and development for assigned suppliers

• Verify and qualify for development of quality plans to ensure quality control of critical characteristics and related documents ( i.e. PPAP, FMEA, etc.),

• Improving quality control processes and programs, and manufacturing capability

• Supervise key suppliers to implement continuous improvement activities

• Driving supplier audits and audit findings follow-ups, tracking the effectiveness of supplier's corrective actions.

• Maintain approved supplier list, and regular updating supplier evaluation result.

  

Requirements： 

1. Minimum 3 years working experience with supplier quality management for a manufacturing industry

2. Excellent communications and systematic problem solving thinking

3. Ability to organize tasks and work with a project plan

4. Result oriented attitude and high ability to drive supplier to improve as per fixed process

5. Good in communication and team member

6. *** preferred, business trip ratio over 60%
