Location for this role is at the Shanghai Dow Center, China.

• Track developing regulations, determine impact, and monitor rulemaking progress
• Business/Product impact analysis
• Regulatory implementation and requirements management
• Serve as one of the organization's regulatory experts in Hazardous Chemical management and Pharma excipient
• Product registration and certification
• Support Dow advocacy efforts with respect to related regulations, act as Dow rep in related trade associations
• Reporting and tracking of metrics
• Auditing and Training

• Proven knowledge/trackable experience in product safety management including but not limited to product stewardship, product regulatory compliance, hazard communication etc.
• Proven knowledge of Chemistry science.
• Proficiency in use of MS Outlook, Excel, Power Points, and most common office applications is required.
• Knowledge of the SAP R3 EHS functionalities is a plus.
• Good oral and written English skills
