Creates, develops and coordinate manufacturing assembly processes and tools based on engineering and installation requirements, utilizing and applying engineering principals, research data, and proposed specifications. Analyzes engineering proposals, process requirements, and related technical data pertaining to manufacturing to determine feasibility of proposal. / 根据工程与安装要求，利用与应用工程原理，研究数据，建议规格。分析工程提案，程序要求及制造相关技术数据，以决定提案的可行性。

 Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation / 需具备独创性与革新性，以制定应对繁复难题的解决方案。

 Supports the development of processes, methods, and tools / 支持生产工艺，方法与工具的开发。

 Selects best techniques and tools for manufacturing operation after researching options / 经过研究，为生产操作选择最优的技术与工具。

 Applies program technical requirements into work requirements, processes, and tasks / 把项目技术要求应用到工作要求，程序与任务中去。

 Translates program/customer technical requirements into detailed instructions / 把项目 / 客户技术要求转化为指导细节。

 Interacts with customer - vendors to design and develop specifications / 与客户 – 供应商在设计与开发规格方面进行沟通交流。

 Maintains process documentation / 维护程序文件。

 Ensures compliance to customer Engineering and Installation processes / 确保与客户工程和安装工艺的一致性。

 Other duties may be assigned / 其他被分配到的任务。

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechanical, / Aerospace), or equivalent engineering degree / 工程学学士学位（工业 / 制造 / 电气 / 机械 / 航空），或工程专业同等学位。

 Up to 3 years of experience in an engineering classification / 三年以上工程类工作经验。

 2 years Manufacturing Engineering Industry (electrical wiring industry preferred) / 两年制造工程领域的经验 (电气线束领域经验更佳)。

 2 years Aerospace industry (preferred) / 两年航空领域经验更佳。

 Fluent in English (Written and verbal) required / 流利的英语口语与书写能力。

 Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles, theories, technologies, and concepts in assigned discipline / 在既定原则范围内的工业工程与制造原理，理论，技术与概念方面知识。

 Understanding of configuration management / 理解配置管理。

 Able to understand technical data / 理解技术数据。

 Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem solving methodologies / 根据问题解决方法论解决设计问题的能力。

 Advanced ability to work with computer office applications, e.g. company and customer specific tools / 熟练操作办公应用程序，如：公司与客户的特定工具。

 Ability to effectively communicate and work within team environment / 能有效沟通并参与团队合作。

 Proactive who works with minimum supervision and understanding the impact of the work may cause delays in program/project schedules / 具有前瞻性，用最少的管理达成工作目标，理解工作举足轻重的影响。

 Ability to multi- task and prioritize / 能胜任多重任务，并且区分其轻重缓急。
