Job Description

? Operational responsibility for a dedicated plant value stream (MAT supply to plant outbound)
? Interface to plant management, plant expert- and shared service functions as well as customers
? Leading the continuous improvement process within the value stream
? Authority and responsibility to make changes within the value stream in order to achieve biz targets
? Target responsibility for IDL, full responsibility for DL

Targets
? Ensures that the value stream meets or exceeds customer requirements and biz targets
? Eliminating waste systematically in the overall supply chain of a defined value stream

Qualifications

? Basic understanding of all relevant operational functions within value stream
? Experience in leading DL and IDL
? Experience in daily shopfloor management and S-CIP approach
? PDCA mindset and ability to question the status quo
? Industry 4.0 interest
