Job Description

• Support the development of the hot water business inside and？outside CN with:？
  • New product introductions in CN, ASEAN region and AU
  • Competitor and market trend analysis
  • Benchmarks
  • Managing the product lifecycle of current and future portfolio
  • Identifying new business opportunities based on customer needs and？translate them into new concepts/insights
  • Defining and implementing mid/long-term strategy for the region
  • Driving new product introduction process to assure on time, on spec, on quality and on cos
• Drive the development of water treatment business in CN (1st step) and outside CN (2nd step)
  • ？Define right portfolio, price positioning and business model for residential segmen
  • Lead project introduction activities
  • Support sales in entering water treatment business and driving its？growth
  • Discuss and negotiate with suppliers about new product？requirements, implementation plan, costs, etc

Qualifications

？

• Bacholar in business management; engineering (mechanic; thermodynamic; electronics …),？marketing
• Experience in water treatment business with focus on residential applications as a plus
• Knowledge and experience in water heating industry
• Ability to travel frequently
• Good Chinese and？English skills
• Entrepreneurship and autonomy？？
