Job Description

Responsibility:

？

· Team management and development, process development and CIP, team competence development, section daily controlling and reporting.

？

·？ Measurement method/capability and outsourced test facility/capacity management.

？

· Plant production / Incoming inspection parts-related quality problem solving and follow-up

？

· Inspection strategy and policy development & implementation

？

· Incoming inspection planning and execution for securing plant incoming quality

？

· Coordinate with internal department for ISIR development, FAI and parts release

？

· New project parts inspection and test, measurement scheme development and alignment (both internally and externally), ISIR sample inspection & qualification support

？

· Introducing ROSS inspection (result-oriented sampling scheme, based on GB2828.1)

？

· Implement quality tools of MSA, SPC, and Cpk study etc. in？team and in supplier site.

？

· Incoming inspection digitalization and I4.0 development, supplier outgoing inspection I4.0 development

Qualifications

Requirement

？

· ≥ 8 years working experience,

？

· ≥ 5 years’ experience in supplier quality management, Bosch Automotive？supplier quality？experience is a plus, experienced in measurement/test/inspection management.

？

· Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering or material engineering.

？

· Good at data collection / analysis

？

· Good at MS software: excel, PPT, outlook

？

· Good at communication

？

· English: Fluent both in writing and speaking, able to communicate in English in daily work or in meeting.
