Job Description

·？？？？？？？？ Overall team management of EOS-CN and EOL-CN

·？？？？？？？？ Responsible for managing the overall GRADE-X(Service Bay) and VCATS(EOL) business in China, including P&L and year on year growth.

·？？？？？？？？ Responsible for providing bookings, revenue and margin forecast by quarter to PAO-DIS

·？？？？？？？？ Responsible for working with PAO-DIS engineering and product management for optimizing the product for the market in China

·？？？？？？？？ Management of Test Applications engineers within China Applications team

·？？？？？？？？ Support EPM for the delivery of the solutions both on time and to forecasted project margins

·？？？？？？？？ Working with the sales team, responsible for customer relationship management

o？？？ Relationship management at all relevant levels at the customer

o？？？ Commercial responsibility, including:

§？ Negotiations with purchasing

§？ Closing of orders

§？ Sales activities (response on RFI’s and RFQs, create offers for repeat business)

§？ Supplier management (supplier selection, orders, invoice checking

§？ Initiate invoicing

o？？？ Drive quality standards of deliverables

o？？？ Demonstrate technical overview and capability

·？？？？？？？？ Working with the sales team, responsible for business development opportunities with APAC in order to grow the revenues within the region

Qualifications
