Job Description

Your contribution to something big

?？？？？？？？ Lead and develop your team to a high performance team

?？？？？？？？ Technical responsibility for dimensioning of air conditioning appliances

?？？？？？？？ Act as an exemplary manner in technical, process soft skill areas

?？？？？？？？ Drive innovation and continuous improvement, on product side, but as well in methods

?？？？？？？？ Guide engineering on system interactions and application considerations when designing new products, integrated solutions and operation logics

?？？？？？？？ Design Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and especially refrigerant circuits to meet functional requirements and reliability

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

?？？？？？？？ Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or similar with focus on HVAC or refrigeration.

?？？？？？？？ Experience in leading people

?？？？？？？？ Strong thermodynamics, vapor compression cycle and heat transfer knowledge, >2 years experience applied to AC & HP systems. Know how in simulation.

?？？？？？？？ Hands-on experience in Commercial HVAC systems design at the equipment level is valued

?？？？？？？？ Practical experience in development methods, e.g. FMEA, 8D, etc.

?？？？？？？？ Good written and verbal communication skills in English (at least C1 level).

?？？？？？？？ Ability to work in an international team environment
